URGENT NEED!
Neenah Animal Shelter is urgently trying to help another area shelter that was called in to rescue 70 dogs from a single home. As you can imagine, the living conditions were absolutely deplorable. To help ease the situation, Neenah Animal Shelter took in 12 of the dogs, including six three-week-old puppies along with their nursing mother. All the dogs are candidates for rehabilitation; however, they require grooming, having lived in their own filth and are suffering from severe matting and potential skin infections. Each will need routine health checks, vaccinations, spaying and neutering, as well as dental care. Notably, one four-month-old female has two rows of teeth that may require correction. A donation of any amount will help give these pups a second chance. |
